Transformation programs are individually designed to fit who you are right now and move forward to meet your goals in 90 days or less. Coaches do not counsel or analyze your past. During weekly telephone calls, I help you create a plan, listen deeply, challenge, and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. Together, we celebrate you.

You may of heard that it takes 21 days to create or break a habit. I have heard many arguments for and against this claim but even those who support it will usually admit that after 21 days, even if it has become easier to follow your new choices, it can be pretty easy to revert to your previous habits if something happens to shake up your world. The more accepted time-frame is 90 days for long-lasting results
